Beautiful and Well-Kept Gardens
We moved to Warlies Park House, Teulon Wing several years ago. We occupy space over two split level floors and enjoy our environment on a daily basis. We have the pleasure of overlooking beautiful and well-kept gardens. The estate is managed and run efficiently by very friendly staff. A great location for the M11 and M25.

Beautiful, peaceful surroundings which are a pleasure to look out upon when at our desks, especially with the wildlife roaming. Grounds are maintained continuously to ensure that they always look their best, and it’s only 5 minutes from the M25!
Importantly, the management team cannot be faulted. They are friendly and helpful whilst maintaining a professional attitude with quick response to any requests.
All of our visitors have been very impressed with our office, communal area and surroundings. We would not hesitate to recommend Warlies.

Perfect place to work in peace. Ample parking and 24/7 access. Clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Lots of fresh air in the middle of Epping Forest.
